The prices on this website are valid for all bookings up from October 1, 2023.
* The property is available year round. At Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year's Eve/New Year there is a minimum stay of four nights, in the high season there is a minimum stay of one week (arrival and departure day in the high season is usually Tuesday).
** The prices for the high season are as follows (valid for 2 adults/day, possibly plus surcharge for fellow travelers according to the table above):
HS 1: Easter, Pentecost, Christmas, New Year's Eve/New Year, Jun 1 till Jul 8, and up from Aug 26: 235 € (1st day) and 150 € (each additional day)
HS 2: Jul 9 till Jul 22 and Aug 13 till Aug 26: 245 € (1st day) and 160 € (each additional day)
HS 3: Jul 23 till Aug 12: 255 € (1st day) and 170 € (each additional day)
(The price of the 1st day contains the final room-cleaning of 85 €; in addition, however, there are 30 € for Sunday and public holiday surcharges due for departures on Sundays and public holidays throughout the year, according to the collective agreement of the building cleaners.)

Additional charges, due to your individual booking request:
- Linen and towel package (including bed linen, bath towel, hand towel): 20 € per person
- Bed for babies/little children is provided for free, please bring your own linen, a high chair is available for free
- Parking lot (one car): 2,50 € per day, additional parking is available nearby (fee)
- Internet access/WLAN: 1 € per day
- Tax according to the municipal tax statute is to be paid separately on arrival at the office of Kurverwaltung
